Chiranjeevi to quit Hyderabad soon, here’s what he said

Chiranjeevi, who has been a part of the political scene in Andhra Pradesh for the past four decades, is likely to leave Hyderabad for good soon. The actor-turned-politician has lost in the recent Lok Sabha elections, and even his son Allu Aravind has offered to resign from the post.

The actress Nagma Arvind Morarji was born on December 25, 1974 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. She is the daughter of a Hindu father, Sri Arvind Pratap Singh Morarji, and a Muslim mother, Sri Shama Kazi.

During her childhood, Nagma grew up in Mumbai, where she attended the Mount Mary Convent High School. In the later years, she completed her Bachelor of Commerce from the National College, Mumbai University.

Having started her acting career in Bollywood, she later ventured into the Telugu and Tamil industries. She has also appeared in other Indian languages like Kannada, Punjabi, Bhojpuri, and Malayalam. Despite her career engagements, she has always been involved in social causes.

Nagma was an active member of the Indian National Congress. She participated in the 2004 Andhra Pradesh elections as a star campaigner.

Chiranjeevi’s Hyderabad house has an interesting mix of contemporary features and heritage inspired designs. Built by Tahiliani Homes, it is a stunning property.

The actor’s home has several upscale amenities including a gym, swimming pool, tennis court, basement mandir and more. It is also a showcase of the actor’s wealth and taste.

Jade is a green mineral that was once believed to be auspicious in Chinese dynasties. According to Vaastu, it is believed to protect and shield people from harm. Today, it is considered lucky. Among other things, jade is used in the flooring of most homes.

The interiors of the house have been decorated with classic motifs from the Nizami tradition. This is in keeping with the local Hyderabadi flavour.

The dining room has been elegantly finished with chessboard-like flooring. A glass table adds to the graceful ambience of this space. Another highlight of the dining room is the wall art. This artwork is a collection of antiques from various parts of India.

Allu Aravind has offered to step down as general secretary of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Praja Rajyam Party. It came at a time when the party suffered a massive rout in the recent Andhra Pradesh assembly elections. The party won just 18 seats out of 294. This has left many disgruntled party workers agitating for the removal of Allu Aravind.

According to party sources, there has been a deep rift within the party. There have been allegations that Allu Arvind has been hijacking the party’s affairs. He has been blamed for the party’s disastrous performance in the recent Assembly and Lok Sabha polls.

However, at a meeting of party leaders, Allu Aravind offered to resign from his post as general secretary. He also criticized the advice of Pawan Kalyan and Nagababu.

Naga Babu, the son of Mega Power Star Chiranjeevi and brother of Jana Sena party leader Pawan Kalyan, was among the prominent faces of Tollywood. The actor won the National Film Award and Nandi Awards. His films include Sri Ramadasu and Chandamama. He also acted in Shock and Anji.

He had contested from Narasapuram Lok Sabha constituency in Coastal Andhra Pradesh and lost. However, he is confident of winning his brother’s seat in the upcoming elections.

It is not known whether Pawan Kalyan has endorsed any other candidate for the LS seat. But Pawan Kalyan has been interacting with candidates. In one such meeting, Naga Babu joined the party in the presence of his younger brother.

The Lok Sabha polls were the most significant elections in India till date. Indians were expected to be polarised along caste and communal lines. All the major parties stoked age old phobias.
